A new way of looking at Contract Furniture

For many years I have been offering bespoke furniture to trade for luxury residential properties and the question used to came up again and again from my clients: “Are these products suitable for contract use?” The answer was always “Yes” however, when we got to the quoting stage invariably the price would always be an obstacle for all but the most expensive boutique hotels and office projects.

With a little research I found some terrific contract offerings through some established domestic and international factories – however, discovered that although the prices were excellent there was little or no ability to customise the pieces (something that almost every contract project requires) without coming close to residential pricing again.

I found it very hard to find a product that was both fully customizable and priced for the contract market. This frustration had been with me some time with the solution evading me …until now.

A chance meeting allowed me to discover Hope End Design, an exciting new factory based in the West Midlands who had a vision to bring exciting, vibrant pieces to the contract world that were fully customisable and excellent value for money. Although very new they had already amassed an interesting and eclectic collection covering: Luxe, Pop, Urban and Industrial genres that were all available with short lead times.
